Our Story

Truly an inspiration of the “American Dream”; born and raised in Clermont, Ga to a truck driver and a hair dresser, our owner J. Britt Stevens, started out framing houses then became a custom home builder. Next, he began grading house lots, moving along to grading and installing utilities for entire subdivisions. Finally, he achieved his goal and became a grading contractor and for over 30 years has worked hard and kept that dream alive. 

Our Mission

To continue in the same spirit of hard work and dedication to our craft ensuring this American Dream is alive and well for the 3rd generation. Britt’s daughter, LeAnn, along with her husband, Andrew, works for the family business and the common goal is to keep that same work ethic, integrity, and reputation alive for the generations! 

Our Team

We are committed to excellence and customer satisfaction. Our team is made up of hard-working individuals that know their stuff! Britt isn’t the only one with the next generation employed with us. We have several men that have been employed with us 10 and 15+ years that are now pouring their knowledge and expertise into their sons. Our leadership team has over a century of combined field knowledge put to work for our customers!
